The Louisiana Care Planning council provides address and phone numbers to Louisiana Senior Centers. 

The Governor's office of elderly affairs serves as a focal point for Louisiana's senor citizens and administers a board range of home and community-based services through a network of Area Agencies on Aging

DART Paratransit service is provided for senior citizens and persons with disabilities living in Polk County who are functionally unable to independently use the regular DART bus service all of the time, temporarily or only under certain circumstances. Paratransit service is door-to-door and wheelchair accessible. 

Provides phone numbers, company names, and city they are found in. As well as internet links to statewide programs across Indiana.

We help our customers and clients achieve their goals to live independent, healthy, active, engaged, creative and FUN lives. Hendricks County Senior Services offers a wide variety of supportive services, engaging activities, and effective programs. 

The Older Driver Safety Program goal is to maintain the mobility of older adults while keeping them safe. The program utilizes a public health approach to develop collaborative relationships and processes to determine appropriate educational, environmental, and policy interventions for health and safety professionals, as well as the public.
